Provide Accurate Information: Supply accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and feedback necessary for us to perform the services effectively.
Content Rights: Affirm that any materials you provide are your original work or that you have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions. You agree to indemnify CyberTech Sys Pvt Ltd from any claims arising from content you provide.
Timely Payments: Make all payments as outlined in your contract or invoice by the agreed-upon due dates.
Cooperation: Cooperate with us throughout the project duration, including providing feedback and approvals promptly.
Deposits: Most projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) before work commences.
Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be structured into milestone payments upon completion of specific phases.
Final Payment: The final payment is due upon project completion and prior to release of final deliverables.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts. Late fees may apply as specified in your proposal.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the amount of work completed.
Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment, you will own all intellectual property rights to the final work created for you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Company Portfolio Rights: CyberTech Sys Pvt Ltd may showcase samples of our work in our portfolio or marketing materials, provided it does not contain sensitive information.
Our Tools and Methods: Any tools, methodologies, templates, or proprietary software developed by CyberTech Sys Pvt Ltd remain our intellectual property.
Third-Party Content: We ensure third-party content used in your project is properly licensed. You are responsible for adhering to licensing terms once delivered.
We are committed to protecting your sensitive information. Any private information you share will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent or legal requirement.
Client Cancellation: You may cancel your project at any time with written notification. Refunds will be determined based on work completed.
Company Termination: CyberTech Sys Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate a contract if you violate these Terms, including failure to make timely payments.
Return of Materials: Upon termination, both parties agree to return or securely delete confidential materials upon request.
For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK), CyberTech Sys Pvt Ltd is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR and UK GDPR. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any data transfers outside these regions.
